Thanks, pops, for the kind words. I appreciate that our recipes are fun to read. Many of them are very, very easy though! I'll admit that some of the early ones (e.g. the mud pies) were pretty complicated, but we've tried to focus on simpler ones. I debated even including a recipe for the Triscuit sliders, as, once you know that the red stuff is hot sauce plus mayo, the picture is pretty much self-explanatory. You should definitely try a recipe out sometime! We might even start a "quick and simple" tag to "sell" some of these...

I think (I'm biased of course) that your entries are all terrific material for an eventual cookbook. My reasoning? I read all your recipes with great interest. the advice is good (you still might want to add a few drops of hot sauce..., the recipes sound delicious -- you sound devoted -- And I will probably never make any of the recipes. that's the recipe for a recipe book: fascinating, and one really should try to cook...but reading about it all is more than half the fun. Who needs to cook anything!
